It appears from the record that the Deputy Development Commissioner cum-Chief Executive Officer, Sitamarhi himself has found that the petitioner is entitled to Rs.6,95,300/- but as per the petitioner, he is entitled to Rs.8,35,771/- and out of that Rs.1,40,000/- has been paid. There is no dispute that the petitioner is not entitled to such dues. In such view of the matter, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the Deputy Development Commissioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.3553 of 2011 (3) dt.20-01-2015 cum-Chief Executive Officer, Sitamarhi to examine the case of the petitioner and pay the arrear of salary as aforesaid preferably within three months from the date of production of copy of this order.
