The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dalsingsarai P.S. case no. 468 of 2015, registered under Sections 341,323,354B and 504 of the IPC.
In substance, the allegation is that the petitioner made an attempt to outrage the modesty of the 13 years old girl. She has narrated the previous incident also in which the petitioner has tried to molest her.
Contention of the petitioner is that he is neighbour and due to a dispute relating to demarcation of the land, the FIR has been lodged.
Learned APP opposed the prayer and submitted that on going through the FIR, it would appear that the petitioner was
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9593 of 2016 (4) dt.23-05-2016 2/2 consistently harassing the informant.
Considering the allegations, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Prayer is, accordingly, rejected.
