Sri Anjani Kumar Sharan, learned Central Government Counsel, reiterating his earlier objection submits that the writ petition is not maintainable and it is fit to be rejected on two grounds; firstly it was submitted that the issue , which has been raised in the present writ petition, can only be adjudicated by the Central Administrative Tribunal, which has been constituted under the Administrative Tribunal Act and secondly, by way of referring to the statements made in the counter affidavit, he submits that no cause of action arose within the territorial jurisdiction of this Court. Be that as it may, since none appeared on behalf of the petitioner, the writ petition stands dismissed due to non-prosecution. NKS/- (Rakesh Kumar, J) U
