2. The present application has been filed for the following reliefs:

i. For issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction for proper and fair investigation, especially considering petitioner alibi supported by various documents submitted before the respondent No.3 to 5 on 02.07.2025 and 03.07.2025 in connection with Ghoshwari P.S. Case No. 63/2025 dated 15.05.2025

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1622 of 2025(2) dt.18-07-2025 2/3 for the offences under section 80, 238, 3(5) BNS and Section 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act which is pending in the court of SDJM, Barh at Patna.

ii). For issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction for proper and impartial investigation in relation to the aforesaid F.I.R. bearing Ghoshwari P.S. Case No.

63/2025 dated 15.05.2025 and for verification of documents filed by the petitioner with respondent No. 3 to 5 to prove his innocence as the impugned FIR is wholly misconceived, malicious, and based on incorrect and inflated assumptions.

3. It has been submitted by the learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner that appropriate application has been filed before the Superintendent of Police, Rural, Patna and other police officials along with the I.O. of the case.

4. In these circumstances, the Superintendent of Police, Rural, Patna and the I.O. of the case are directed to examine the representation of the petitioner before coming to a finding as to whether the petitioner was involved in the crime or not as it has been contended by the learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Agrawal that on the date of occurrence, the petitioner who is the husband of the deceased was in Delhi.

5. The Superintendent of Police, Rural, Patna is expected to get the alibi and other related materials

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1622 of 2025(2) dt.18-07-2025 3/3 verified/investigated before submission of the charge-sheet.

6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
