The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with G.B. Nagar P.S. Case no. 238 of 2018, registered under Section 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4(A) of the Bihar Animal Act and H(I) ABC of Bihar Animal Atrocities Act.

The accusation is that on receiving secret information about turn turtle of flesh loaded truck inside the road, the informant along with other Police personnel reached there then saw a truck loaded with cattle flesh and bad smell was coming. Then the flesh was buried in the ground. The

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49618 of 2019(2) dt.08-08-2019 2/2 villagers disclosed that the owner and driver of truck with the petitioners are doing the business of cattle flesh. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are not apprehended on the spot and they are not driver/owner of the truck. The petitioner No.2 has no criminal antecedent and petitioner No.1 is accused in Barharia P.S. Case No. 144 of 2016 in which he is on bail.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with G.B. Nagar P.S. Case No. 238 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438

(2) of the Cr.P.C.
