JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL ORDER 16-03-2016 Heard learned senior counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State assisted by learned counsel for the informant.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 467, 468, 469, 471, 419, 420, 120B and 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Fulwari (Janipur) P.S. Case No. 633 of 2013.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and in any event the parties have since compromised the dispute amicably as evident from the joint compromise petition filed before the learned court below (Annexure-5).

4. Learned counsel for the informant appears suo

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9629 of 2015 (3) dt.16-03-2016 2/2 motu and has been heard.

5. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, as such, in the event of the arrest or surrender of the petitioner before the court below within six weeks from the date of communication of this order, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Fulwari (Janipur) P.S. Case No. 633 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
