JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-05-2016 The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under sections 420, 467,468,120B and 34 of the IPC. The allegation is that the accused persons had induced the informant and others to deposit certain amount in lieu of earning profit.

The petitioner submits that compromise has been arrived at between the parties and the monetary dispute has already been resolved. Further, some of the accused have been granted bail.

In the facts of the case, in the event of arrest/surrender, let the petitioner as mentioned above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri A.K.Singh, JM, 1st class, Saran at Chapra in Amnour Police station Case No. 16 of 2014.
