The petitioner seeks bail in Raghopur P.S. Case No. 85 of 2018 (Special Case No. 02 of 2018), registered for the offences punishable under Sections 20, 20 of the N.D.P.S Act. Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 22.11.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 62446 of 2018.

On last occasion, report was called for, from the learned court below and the same has been received. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner that all the chargesheeted witnesses have been examined awaiting F.S.L report. The trial is likely to be concluded within two months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to

The trial court is directed to conclude the trial expeditiously, as soon as possible.
