2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offence punishable under Section 363, 366, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per prosecution case, on 28.04.2022 at about 2 AM, this petitioner along with other F.I.R. named accused persons kidnapped the daughter of informant with an intention to kill her.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to village politics. Informant is not an eye witness of the occurrence. F.I.R. has been lodged after inordinate delay of about five days, without any plausible explanation. Petitioner

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application and submitted that victim in her statement, recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C., has supported the prosecution case and has categorically stated that this petitioner along with others entered in the house, kidnapped her and took her to his house where mother of this petitioner took all her jewellery and thereafter, this petitioner took her to Surat. Age of the victim is assessed as 16 years.
6. Considering the nature of accusation and statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
