JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-05-2017 This application has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to recognize Ramdeo Parwati Balika Sanskrit Prathmik Sah Uchch Vidyalaya, Chhap, Muzaffarpur, which, according to the petitioners, is an old school, established in the year 1979, prior to creation of Bihar Sanskrit Shiksha Board.

Learned Counsel for the Board has submitted

Patna High Court CWJC No.11743 of 2011 (3) dt.10-05-2017 2/2 that only on the basis of a report submitted by the Mukhiya of the concerned Gram Panchayat, a claim is being made that the School was established in the year 1979. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioners.

It seems that considering the weakness of the claim and changed circumstances, the petitioners are not willing to pursue this case.

This application is accordingly dismissed.
