Looking at the nature of allegation with no clear evidence, even being discussed in the order of rejection of learned Sessions Judge, Gaya, despite F.I.R. having been instituted more than a year ago, anticipatory bail application of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt.
