JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 18-05-2018 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that that the petitioner has only prayed, by way of the present writ petition, for directing the respondents to allow the petitioner to join the post of Constable / GD in Central Industrial Security Force inasmuch as he has duly been selected and appointed on the said post and has also supplied all the required documents including the information relating to the criminal case, however, the authorities are not issuing the joining letter on the said post. The learned counsel for the petitioner has further submitted that the petitioner would be satisfied in case, the Respondent No. 3 is directed to consider the fact that the

In view of the aforesaid, the petitioner is granted liberty to file a representation annexing all the relevant documents within a period of four weeks from today before the Respondent No. 3 and the Respondent No. 3 shall consider the same on merits and pass a reasoned and speaking order within a period of four weeks thereafter, considering the fact that the petitioner stands exonerated from the criminal case.
