JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-02-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366A, 372, 341, 323, 504, 506 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that Ajit Kumar @ Sohit Kumar enticed away the minor sister of the informant, subsequently, the petitioners being the brother of Ajit Kumar admitted that the victim girl is with their brother and they promised the informant that she will be released very soon hence they were also part of larger conspiracy.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that in 164 Cr. P.C. statement, the victim got her age recorded as 18 years when the court assessed her age as 16 years where she admitted that she was in love with Ajit Kumar with whom she

Considering the 164 Cr. P.C. statement of the victim, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Motihari in connection with Turkauliya P.S. Case No. 668 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Amrendra/- U T
