Learned counsel for the petitioners undertakes to remove the defects, if any, within three weeks. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 366, 354, 379, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4/8 of POCSO Act.
Petitioners are said to have pushed her inside the house. On objection, they tied her hands and legs and started looting the property. They also forcibly started carrying the victim by motorcycle.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have been falsely implicated in this case. He submits that the statement of the victim has been

No.50805 of 2022(2) dt.12-12-2022 2/2 recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. in which she stated that petitioners forcibly performed her marriage with a drunker in Uttar Pradesh from where she fled away and took shelter with Chandan Kumar. He submits that the victim was medically examined in which her age was found to be 18 to 20 years. He further submits that petitioners has no criminal antecedent as stated in para-3 of this application.
Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Guthani P.S. Case No. 285 of 2021, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
