The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 25 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 323, 504, 353 and 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Considering the inordinate and unexplained delay of seven days in institution of the first information report, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29879 of 2018 (2) dt.18-05-2018 from today, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Lalganj P.S.
