2. This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner for the offences alleged under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2022, registered in connection with Chiraiya P.S.Case No. 251 2024.
3. On the basis of a secret information regarding manufacturing of illicit liquor, the police party, reached the informed place. On seeing the police, the accused person (petitioner) started running away, but was nabbed by the informant with the assistance of other police force. From his possession, 20 litres of country-made liquor and 500 litres of semi-manufactued liquor were recovered.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case on the basis of suspicion. The petitioner in no way is linked to the seized liquor.
5. Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail after two months in custody on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Excise Court No.1, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Chiraiya P.S. Case No. 251 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
