In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 1738 of 2013. In the complaint petition, there is an allegation of torture and enter into 2nd marriage.

The counsel for the petitioner has drawn attention to Annexure-4 which shows that parties have settled the dispute and the payment was also made.
