The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 326, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 (I) (X) and 3(2) (III) of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. It is alleged that the petitioners took the informant to prepare cook food in the marriage ceremony when the petitioners pushed the informant into boiling oil as a result of which, the informant received burnt injuries.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the informant was in a drunken condition and subsequently he fell into the boiling oil which also gets reflected from the injury report as contained in Annexure-2. Though, the injury report reflects that

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4418 of 2015 (2) dt.03-02-2015 2/2 there was 20% burnt injury but it also reflects that the informant was in a drunken state.

The aforesaid facts constitute good ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail.

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners if they surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 641 of 2014 pending in the court of learned CJM, Gaya.

Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
