The learned Special Public Prosecutor (Mines) has submitted that similar kind of issues passed by the Collector have already been dealt with by the Commissioner, Mines whereupon, this matter also needs to be referred to the Commissioner, Mines. To justify such prayer, it has been submitted at his end that for the year 2018, the Commissioner had already dealt with and the same is itself annexed at the end

Consequent thereupon, the matter is referred to the Commissioner, Mines who would take sincere effort for getting the matter disposed of after hearing both the parties within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
