The petitioner seeks bail in Dumaraon (Naya Bhojpur) P.S. case No289 of 2016 registered under Sections 25(1b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in jail since 05.11.2016. The prayer of petitioner for bail was earlier rejected vide order 04.04.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 10952 of 2017. The petitioner has remained in jail for more than one year and nine months but the trial has not been concluded.

Taking into consideration the facts that petitioner is in jail for more than one year and nine months, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on his furnishing

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30497 of 2018 (3) dt.25-07-2018 2/2 bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Buxar in connection with Dumaraon (Naya Bhojpur) P.S. case No. 289 of 2016, subject to condition that one of the bailors shall be close relation of the petitioner.
