Patna High Court LPA No.1265 of 2014 dt.22-04-2015 2/3 Para Medical Course being imparted in various institutions in the State. She has also appeared in the entrance examination conducted in the year, 2012. It is stated that on the basis of marks secured by her, the appellant was admitted in the 7th respondent institution. The appellant and other candidates who got admitted in the 7th respondent institution, were not granted permission to appear in the examination. The appellant and three others filed C.W.J.C. No.23472/13 with a prayer to direct the respondents to issue admit cards to them and to permit them to appear in the examination. Learned Single Judge dismissed the writ petition through order dated 10.2.2014. Hence, this Letters Patent Appeal.

Heard learned counsel for the appellant and learned A.P.P. for the State.

It is not in dispute that the 7th respondent did not have the recognition from the concerned authorities. Though the appellant made an attempt to point out that the refusal to grant recognition to the 7th respondent institution is not proper, we are not inclined to entertain the plea. It is for the 7th respondent to take adequate steps to get itself recognised. The petitioner cannot be said to have acquired any right on the basis of her admission into an unrecognized

Writ Appeal is dismissed.

Interlocutory application, if any, stands disposed of.
