Petitioner, already in custody since 23.04.2018 seeks bail in Aurangabad (Town)PS Case No. 97 of 2018 registered under Sections 307, 147, 148, 149, 337, 323, 435, 436, 427, 332, 333, 353, 153A, 295A and 379 of the IPC. The allegation in brief is that on the occasion of procession of Ram Naumi members of two religious community clashed with each other and indulged in arson and loot.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that large number of persons have been made accused in the case but no specific overt is attributed, even no any incriminating material has been recovered from the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29086 of 2018 (2) dt.14-05-2018 possession of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Aurangabad (Town) PS Case No. 97 of 2018, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
