The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sessions Trial No. 478 of 2019 arising out of Rajaun P.S. Case No. 155 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the report dated 10.03.2021 of the I/C Additional Sessions Judge-I, Banka, the present application is disposed of with the direction to the concerned Court to positively conclude the trial by15th of September, 2021. if the trial is not concluded within the aforesaid period without any fault of the petitioner, the Court below shall release the petitioner on appropriate terms and conditions.
