2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304 B, 201 and 34 of IPC and 3/ 4 of the D. P Act.

3 . The prosecution case, in brief, is that daughter of informant was married with this petitioner Nitesh Kumar in the year 2023 in accordance with Hindu rites and rituals. Subsequently, this petitioner, along with other accused persons named in the F.I.R., started demanding dowry and due to nonfulfillment of demand of dowry , daughter of informant was subjected to torture and cruelty and ultimately, killed the

4. Petitioner is husband of the deceased. As a matter of fact, deceased committed suicide . Charges have already been framed against his petitioner on 09.05.2025 and he is in custody since 30.09.2024 .

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the bail application.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, tardy progress of trial and period of custody , the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional District and Sessions Judge - II Arwal in connection with Kaler P. S. Case No. 85 of 2024 .
