This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 08.06.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 32050 of 2021 by which the petitioner had been granted anticipatory bail by this Court.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has confined his prayer to the extent that the period of surrender granted vide order dated 08.06.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 32050 of 2021 may be extended by further four weeks as the petitioner could not surrender before the court below within the stipulated period.
