2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks modification of order dated 15.05.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No.30229 of 2025 under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 under the circumstances that the petitioner could not furnish his bail bond within time as specified in order date 15.05.2025.

3. In such circumstances, learned counsel seeks extension of time for surrender before the learned district court so that the petitioner may furnish his bail bond.

4. I have perused the modification application and the information contained therein, as well as, the affidavit and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63238 of 2025(3) dt.26-09-2025 2/2 considering the aforesaid submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, order dated 15.05.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No.30229 of 2025 is modified to the extent that the petitioner may surrender before the learned district court and furnish his bail bond on or before 15.10.2025.

5. The order dated 15.05.2025 is modified to the above extent and the other parts of the order dated 15.05.2025 shall remain intact.

6. The present modification application is accordingly disposed of.
