The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Accusation is against the petitioner for assaulting with iron rod on the head of the informant whereas Rauki Kumar assaulted on the left hand and knee with iron rod, Amit kumar assaulted with lathi and petitioner also snatched Rs. 5,000/- from the pocket of the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it is alleged that the accusation against the petitioner is that he has assaulted with iron rod when sharp cutting injuries have been found on the head of the informant. There is counter version of the occurrence and other co-accused have been granted bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 2306 of 2015.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4639 of 2015 (2) dt.04-02-2015 Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 372 of 2014, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
