The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Nanpur P.S. Case No. 159/2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/149/323/324/341/307/302/379/ 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has relied upon an order dated 26.08.2021 passed by a co-ordinate bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 3641 of 2021.

However, learned counsel for the informant has vehemently opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail, but he could not distinguish the case of the petitioner from that of the person who has been granted anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court.

No. 3641 of 2021, this application for anticipatory bail is also allowed. Let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Pupri, Sitamarhi, in connection with Nanpur P.S. Case No. 159/2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
