The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 353, 337 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged that on information that during the PACS election road was blocked, the police and other administrative officials reached at the place of blockade, when these petitioners were leading a mob and pelted stones which caused injury to the police party.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the injuries have been found superficial and simple in nature. First Information Report has been lodged against 47 named and 100-150 unknown persons but

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4650 of 2015 (2) dt.04-02-2015 petitioners were made accused in the present case since they were making prayer for cancellation of PACS election. Petition to that effect has been filed on the same day before the B.D.O. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Barun P.S. Case No. 203 of 2014, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned court below will accept the bail bonds of the petitioners, if they have no criminal antecedents. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) P.K./- U T
