The petitioner has filed the instant application for modification of the order dated 27.06.2022, whereby while granting bail to the petitioners in connection with Madanpur P.S. Case No. 249 of 2020, the petitioner was directed to surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners, that petitioners could not surrender within time as they were outside the state to earn their livelihood.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54590 of 2022(2) dt.12-10-2022 2/2 taking into consideration the submissions made on behalf of the petitioners and the contents of the modification application, the Court is inclined to allow the prayer of the petitioner. The order dated 27.06.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 58486 of 2021 is modified and the time granted to the petitioner in the said order to surrender in the learned Court below is extended by a further period of four weeks from today. The remaining part of the order shall remain unchanged.

The modification application stands allowed to the above extent.
