This is an application seeking modification/extension of time to avail the privilege granted to the petitioners vide order dated 03.12.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 21356 of 2014 in connection with Barari P.S. Case No.18 of 2014, pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar.
