However, the Life Insurance Corporation of India having forwarded the amount of Group Insurance payable to the

Patna High Court CWJC No.12625 of 2011 dt.10-12-2015 2/2 petitioner, it is directed that the Corporation will pay the same to him within two weeks from the date of production of a copy of this order upon respondent no. 5.
