The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Phulwaria P.S. Case No. 66 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 411 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is regarding the petitioner having been apprehended along with the accused other persons and the motorcycle which the petitioner is said to be riding was found to be a stolen motorcycle.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he was merely riding the motorcycle with the accused persons, hence, he was not aware about the ownership of the said motorcycle. The

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to enlarge the petitioner on regular bail.

Accordingly, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-XIII, Gopalganj in connection with Phulwaria P.S.
