The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ara Muffasil P.S. Case No. 269 of 2018, Excise case no. 1326 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged that police got information that at village Balua Bagicha a huge consignment of liquor is about to deliver. Upon getting this information informant reached at the place of occurrence where he found truck in a Bagicha where people were trying to take out the articles from the truck . On seeing the police, people tried to run away . It is further alleged that police apprehended driver and Khalasi of the truck who disclosed their name as Dharmveer Danuk and Pappu Sah. It is

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of petitioner.

Petitioner is in custody since 30.6.2019 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-4th cum Special Judge (Excise Act), Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Ara Muffasil P.S. Case No. 269 of 2018, Excise case no. 1326 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J) shyambihari/- U T
