The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37962 of 2022(2) dt.01-12-2022 2/3 a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 188, 186, 283, 353, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of blocking the road and hindering the traffic.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners are innocent and they have falsely been implicated in the present case. It is also submitted that there is no specific allegation against the petitioners. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Mehsi P.S. Case
