The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 342, 452, 323, 380, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3(i)(x)(xi) of the S.C./S.T. Act.

It is alleged that on 05.09.2014 the accused persons including the petitioner entered into the house of the informant and committed theft. When the niece and daughter of the informant got up and made protest, then they were assaulted and these petitioners took away ornaments and cash. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the First Information Report has been lodged after one month of the occurrence and admittedly the

Statement has been made in papa3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the delayed lodging of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Gaya S.C./S.T.
