The petitioner is in custody in connection with Siwan Rail P.S. Case No. 31 of 2018, a case under Sections 401 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was apprehended on suspicion of being a thief at the railway platform. From the possession of the petitioner certain things were recovered.

Submission is that recovered articles were of petitioner. Only one case is pending against him. He is in custody since 24.04.2018. Investigation of the case is already closed. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of four months in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28839 of 2018 (2) dt.14-05-2018 2/2 custody on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Siwan Rail Police Station Case No. 31 of 2018 with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
