Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner has filed the present writ petition for quashing the first information report in respect of Nawada Mahila P.S. Case No. 37 of 2016, dated 20.07.2016 registered under Sections 498(A), 341, 323, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. After some arguments counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take appropriate remedy at appropriate stage.

Counsel for the State has filed counter affidavit and submits that charge sheet has already been filed in this case.
