JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 08-01-2019 Considering the statements made in paragraph Nos. 5 and 6 of the show cause filed on behalf of the opposite parties, the court is satisfied that the order of the writ court has been complied with and there is no point to proceed any further. Paragraphs 5 and 6 of the show cause are quoted below for ready reference:- "5. That it is stated that the petitioner has already been paid her admissible benefits and so far benefits of Assured Career Progression is concerned she was found entitled to a sum of Rs. 1,71,751/- (Rupees one lakh seventy one thousand seven
