Mandal (SC-24) Mr. Bipin Kumar, AC to SC-24 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE ORAL ORDER 19-07-2016 This writ petition has been filed, under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, seeking a direction to be issued to the respondent No.7, namely, the Station House Officer, Pasraha Police Station, Khagaria, to register a First Information Report, on the basis of the complaint made by the petitioner. With the help of the counter affidavit, which has been filed by respondent Nos.5 to 7, it transpires that upon receipt of the complaint, a First Information Report was registered, giving rise to Pasraha P.S. Case No.76 of 2015, under Sections 341/379/427/504/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, on
Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.215 of 2016 (4) dt.19-07-2016 2/2 02.06.2015 and, upon completion of investigation, a police report has been submitted taking the view that the dispute, in question, is a dispute of civil nature.
In view of the above, Mr. Arun Kumar, learned Counsel, appearing on behalf of the petitioner, seeks to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to approach this Court with appropriate application, in future, if so advised, and also take recourse to such provisions of law as may be permissible.
