The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bind P.S. Case No. 105 of 2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 304 and B/34 of Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is regarding the accused persons having killed the victim lady on account of non fulfillment of demand of dowry.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased lady and in fact there is no specific allegation as against the petitioner herein. It is further submitted that while the husband of the victim lady is behind the bar, the mother-in-law of the victim lady has already been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 7.2.2018 passed in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32101 of 2018 (2) dt.31-05-2018 2/2 Cr. Misc. No. 60108 of 2017. It is further submitted the petitioner is having a clean antecedent and languishing in custody since 09.12.2017.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate - IV, Nalanda at Biharsharif, in connection with Bind P.S. Case No. 105 of 2017.
