The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Turkauliya P.S. Case No. 620 of 2022, dated 01.07.2022, instituted for the offences under Sections 420, 379, 411 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is alleged to have changed the ATM card of the informant while trying to help him to withdraw the money.

It has been submitted on behalf of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50728 of 2022(2) dt.09-12-2022 2/2 petitioner that his implication is out of some confusion in the mind of the informant. It has further been submitted that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

The petitioner is in custody since 02.07.2022 and does not criminal antecedents.

Considering the facts afore-stated, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Turkauliya P.S. Case No. 620 of 2022. The application stands allowed.
