However, it is made clear to the District Education Officer, as well as the Prakhand Block Education Officer, Mairawa, district - Siwan that he will be suitably dealt with and may be even proceeded departmentally, if he is giving direction for officiation of any teacher, who is either a Panchayat Teacher or a Block Teacher to officiate as incharge of the schools. There are clear directives, which have been issued by the Director, Primary Education, Government of Bihar, Patna in this regard and if he is in breach thereof, then surely the matter should be brought to the

Patna High Court CWJC No.2234 of 2015 dt.05-02-2015 2/2 notice of the higher authority for appropriate action against them.

In view of the same, if the charge is ordered to be given to Panchayat Teacher, even that is a wrong direction and decision.
