The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Hisua P.S. Case No. 173/20 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
From the materials available in the case diary, it appears that it is case of Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and not of Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the husband of the deceased is staying in Surat and because of that she has committed suicide.
Considering the facts and circumstances, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.

Case No. 173/20 as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
