2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30 (a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3 . It is alleged that 12.250 liters of foreign liquor was recovered from bag which was allegedly thrown by this petitioner and others.

4. It is submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case only on the basis of suspicion . No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he is no way connected with the aforesaid recovery . Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent of similar nature .

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and other circumstances of case , in the event of arrest/surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court of Additional District and sessions Judge cum Exclusive Excise Court - 2 Katihar in connection with Manihari Police Station Case No. 137 of 2024 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438 ( 2 ) of Code of Criminal Procedure .
