The present petition has been filed with a prayer to restore CWJC No. 16238 of 2012 , which stood dismissed due to part non -compliance of the order dated 18.01.2013. After hearing learned counsel for the petitioners and considering the facts disclosed in the petition, same is allowed. Let CWJC No. 16238 of 2012 be restored to its original file.

It is clarified that if the order dated 18.01.2013 is not complied in its letter and spirit within a period of ten days, the writ petition i.e. CWJC No. 16238 of 2012 shall stand dismissed without further reference to a Bench.
