JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 15-10-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Buxar (I) P. S. Case No. 400 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 366-A/34 of IPC. Allegation of kidnapping against the petitioners of minor daughter of the informant.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that there was love affair between petitioner no.1 and daughter of the informant and they have solemnized marriage, but due to the family pressure, she has not stated so in her statement recorded under Section 164 of Cr.P.C.. The medical report also disclosed that she is major. Petitioners no.2 and 3 are
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52437 of 2019(3) dt.15-10-2019 2/2 father and mother of petitioner no.1.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar, in connection with Buxar (I) P. S. Case No. 400 of 2019, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
