The petitioner no. 1 being the son-in-law of the informant and petitioner no. 2 being the co-villager of petitioner no. 1 are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 325, 307, 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that during reconciliation with regard to matrimonial dispute between petitioner no. 1 and the daughter of the informant assault was made by the petitioners'' side and theft was committed.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that except one injury of the wife of the informant opinion is reserved, all the injuries caused to the informant

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6602 of 2015 (2) dt.19-02-2015 side is simple in nature. There is counter version of the occurrence. It is further submitted that Petitioners' side also received injury.

Considering the background of matrimonial dispute between the parties, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 694 of 2014, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
