2. The present application has been filed seeking cancellation of the regular bail granted to Opposite Party no. 2 vide order dated 05.07.2023 passed in Sherghati (Dobhi) P.S. Case No. 235 of 2023 registered under Sections 341, 342, 323, 308, 379, 504, 354, 498(A)/ 34 of the I.P.C.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner is not able to make out a case for cancellation of bail.
4. Accordingly, this application stands dismissed.
5. The learned Additional District and Sessions Judge,
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51315 of 2023(3) dt.24-07-2026 2/2 Sherghati, Gaya is directed to conclude the trial arising out of Sherghati (Dobhi) P.S. Case No. 235 of 2023 within six months from the date of communication of a copy of this order in accordance with law.
