24.06.2015 The Petitioner was granted provisional anticipatory bail by order dated 03.04.2014 and the Opposite Party No. 2 was summoned to explain as to whether there can be a possibility of settlement.
On the last occasion, when the parties appeared they stated that they would try to resume their relation-ship by talking to each other on mobile. Today, both the parties are present. Be that as it may, provisional Anticipatory Bail granted to the Petitioner by order dated 03.04.2014 is, hereby, confirmed on the same terms in connection with Civil Lines P.S. Case No. 296 of 2013 pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya. However, from henceforth, the Petitioner shall deposit Rs. 4,000/- per month instead of Rs. 750/- in the Court below in favour of the Informant.
However, the parties will be at liberty to explore normal relation-ship.
The Application stands disposed off with the aforesaid observations.
